Aluat:
330 g faina
16 g drojdie proaspata
100 ml ulei vegetal
cca. 120 ml apa
sare

Umplutura:
70 g soia granule
1 cana cu mazare si pastai congelate
2 cepe
l lg de ardei gras rosu taiat cubulete
1 lg marar uscat
1 lg ulei vegetal
sare si piper

Sos:
1 conserva rosii in bulion
1 lg bulion concentrat
1 lgt cimbru sau busuioc uscat
sare si piper

Drojdia se faramiteaza intr-un vas. Se adauga apa calduta si o lg de faina. se amesteca bine. Se acopera si se lasa la loc cald sa creasca.

Ceapa se taie fideluta si se inabusa pana devine al dente.
Soia se pune la inmuiat cu apa fierbinte, iar mazarea si pastaile se fierb.

Intr-un castron se pune faina amestecata cu o lgt sare. Se adauga maiaua crescuta si uleiul. Aluatul se framanta pana nu se mai lipeste de maini.

Se pune la caldura acoperit pentru aprox. 25 min.

Rosiile se fierb pana ce sosul scade aproape de jumatate. Se potriveste de sare si piper, se adauga cimbrul si lingura de bulion.

Se mai lasa cateva clocote. Sosul se omogenizeaza bine cu ajutorul unui blender.

Peste ceapa se adauga ardeiul, soia si legumele scurse de apa. Se calesc usor, se adauga condimentele plus o lg de sos. Se lasa la racit.

Din aluat se rup bucati de aprox. 50 g. Suprafata de lucru se unge cu ulei. Se formeaza bile si se intind forme rotunde cu sucitorul.( in permanenta mainile si masa de lucru sa fie unse cu ulei).

Se pune cca o lg de umplutura pe fiecare jumatate de aluat (unsa in prealabil cu putin sos) si se acopera cu cealalta jumatate. Marginile se preseaza usor cu o furculita.

Se dau la cuptor pentru aprox. 25 min. pana se rumenesc usor.

Mini calzone se servesc fierbinti alaturi de sosul rosu.
